Functions Unlimited specializes in the area of event management which begins with concept development and ends with event execution. We also specialize in event hosting, fundraising, business development and overall Project Management. Services are availalbe ala carte or a custom package can be developed to meet any budget.
- Event Consulting which includes concept development and coordination ;
- Event Pre-Planning Management, including budget development and budget monitoring, volunteer and staff coordination and training (as needed);
- Development and distribution of any marketing materials needed to promote participation and attendance of event, including Social Media event specific pages and monitoring;
- Project Management which includes facilitating status meetings, providing timely status updates and overall health of all phases of event development;
- Venue Management includes venue selection and working with venue staff to ensure vision is reflected in all areas of event such as space planning, menu selection decor, and coordination of Audio Visual Equipment;
- Vendor Management, which includes selection and overseeing of contracted professionals, managing third party invoices and service level agreements;
- Event “Day Of” Management includes oversight of all aspects of event to ensure the production is executed as planned;
- Support Staff Management includes coordinating security, valet, and technical staff as needed;
- Coordinates implementation of Event Engagement Technology for purposes of securing future sponsorships and realizing a true ROI.
